Access to information

The right of access to information held, held or supervised by the National School of Public Administration is governed by the Law on the Right of Access to Information ( NN 25/13, NN 85/15, NN 69/22).

The aim of the Law on the Right of Access to Information is to enable and ensure the exercise of the right of access to information to all natural and legal persons through the openness and public activities of public authorities and the same are prescribed principles of the right of access to information, exceptions to the right of access to information and the procedure for exercising the right of access to information.

Reimbursement of expenses

The National School of Public Administration is entitled to reimbursement of the actual material costs arising from the provision of information to the user of the right of access to information and the re-use of information, as well as the reimbursement of the costs of delivering the requested information, which is charged in accordance with the criteria for determining the level of reimbursement of actual material costs and costs of providing information (NN 12/14 i NN 15/14).
